June 27th was a day of connection, compassion, and transformation at Iris Clubhouse. As part of a volunteer initiative, we welcomed several groups from across Wyoming who came together to help us beautify and enhance our space. Their efforts left a lasting impact, not just on our grounds, but on our hearts.
Volunteers from First United Methodist Church and other congregations from around Wyoming rolled up their sleeves to assist in our sustainable garden. Youth learned about the importance of mental health, teamwork, and the power of small acts of service. Their help rejuvenated our planting beds and brought fresh life to our outdoor spaces.
That same day, as part of United Way’s Day of Giving, True Oil’s HR team from Casper generously donated their time and effort to help us transform the entryway to our driveway. Their hard work made our space more welcoming and pleasing, something our members noticed and appreciated immediately.
Days like this remind us that we are never alone in our mission. We are part of a wider community that cares deeply and shows up in powerful ways. Thank you to every volunteer who made the day special, you’ve sown more than seeds in our garden; you’ve planted hope.
