Our Wednesday Meal


preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes, cut in half, put in mixing bowl. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper and mix until potatoes are covered. Place in oven for 30 minutes, turning them at 15 minutes.


Use all of the zucchini, and carefully slice the sun-dried tomato into little bits - use these instead of the chopped plum tomatoes.

Fruit salad

Slice pineapple and put into bowl, peel and slice 3 bananas, and do the same with 2 oranges
