Executive Director, former President National Alliance on Mental Illness, Casper
Dan Odell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and Fine Arts from the University of Wyoming, and a Master’s Degree in Divinity from the Iliff School of Theology in Denver. He has 29 years of experience working with nonprofits and is an Ordained United Methodist Minister. While serving a church in Wheat Ridge Colorado, he worked with community leaders and started a food bank that serves 15,000 meals yearly. Dan also started a summer reading and lunch program for children living in poverty and developed a community garden. Dan was the president of Nami Casper for 3 years and is passionate about improving the lives of people living with mental illness. Even though Dan has many years serving churches, no religious services are provided in the Clubhouse.
Board Member, Central Wyoming Counseling Center
Joseph Forscher serves as Central’s Chief Clinical Officer. In this role he is responsible for oversite of all of Central’s clinical programs. Joe has been in the behavioral health field since 1995. He is a licensed Professional Counselor, has a Bachelor of Science, Psychology degree and a Master of Science in counseling and is currently in the process of getting his MBA.

Charlotte has been involved in the Iris Clubhouse project since 2015. Shortly after her introduction to the project, she attended the Clubhouse International Conference in Denver, Co. Her passion for Clubhouse is intensely personal. A member of her immediate family has experienced the difficult journey of mental illness. Charlotte has a huge heart, not only for her family member, but for all who have been affected by mental illness. She is devoted to Iris Clubhouse and the unique way it can improve our community.
Lt. John Becker
Board Member | Natrona County Sheriff's Office
A Wyoming Native graduating from Natrona County High School, 1976, A.A.S. Casper College 1979 and a B.A Chadron State College, Chadron, NE 1980. He started his law enforcement career June of 1981 with the Evansville Police Department as a dispatcher and became a sworn Police Officer September 1981. In January 2014, he was promoted to the position of Lieutenant, Support Services. John has over 3200 Peace Officer Standards & Training hours and over 1600 Instructor hours.
In January 1991, John was hired as an adjunct instructor for Casper College, teaching numerous courses for the Criminal Justice Curriculum. In 2008, John, along with Lt. Chris Hadlock, Casper Police Department put together the Crisis Intervention Team training agenda. This training is to give the tools needed for law enforcement officers to address mental illness during their daily duties.
Becky works in the field of natural health and healing. She became a member of NAMI Casper in 2006 after a Family to Family class and served as president for 5 years. Becky has a family member with a mental illness and is excited to bring a Clubhouse to Casper to enrich the quality of his life.
Alicja K. Iznerowicz
Board Member | Director of Behavioral Health, Community Health Center
Alicja is a Licensed Clinical Social worker at Community Health Center in Casper, Wyoming. She serves as a Director of Behavioral Health and Program Manager for the IMPACT, Depression Care service at CHCCW. Alicja is originally from Poland. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She is a Certified Trainer for ASIST and is excited about assisting with creating suicide-safer communities. Alicja has been instrumental in the IMPACT model implementation and integration. Alicja and her team have received national recognition for the innovative depression model success at the National Convening in Washington D.C. She brings over 12 years of Behavioral Health experience to the Iris Clubhouse. Alicja is experienced in change management and major program implementation. She has led the shift in culture to an integrated care model for medical and behavioral health for long-term program success for depression care treatment. Most importantly she is passionate about working with people, who struggle with mental illness, assisting them with resources, tools and skills to be able to thrive.
